Hope Village CIC – Supporting Young Women and Young Mothers

Hope Village CIC empowers young girls and women, with a focus on supporting young mums. We provide a safe, welcoming space to boost confidence, wellbeing, and community connections.

We’ve got plenty for you to get to get involved in!

MOTHER & BABY FITNESS

Our Mother and Baby Fitness classes let mums stay active while spending time with their babies. We offer Step Classes for cardio and energy, and Mums, Bums and Tums sessions to strengthen core, hips, and lower body—helping mothers regain fitness and confidence after childbirth.

WALKING CLUB

Our Walking Club is a relaxed and friendly way for young mums to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Whether you’re looking for gentle exercise, fresh air, or a chance to chat with other mums, our walks offer a supportive environment to boost wellbeing and build connections.

All fitness levels are welcome, and babies can come along too!

MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH

Our Mothers’ Brunch is a welcoming social space where young mums can relax, share stories, and enjoy good food together. It’s a chance to connect with other mums, build friendships, and take a moment just for you in a supportive, judgement-free environment. Everyone leaves feeling refreshed, supported, and part of our community.

We also run a variety of projects to support young women and mums in practical ways. Coffee Mornings provide a friendly space to connect, Baby banks offer essential items for little ones, and our Sprinkle of Hope Birthday Packages help mums celebrate their children’s birthdays with joy, even during tough times. Every initiative is designed to bring support, happiness, and community to those who need it most.
